Studies On Farmland Moderate Scale Management In Southern Jiangsu

Land is an important material to agricultural production, benefit of the land is restricted by the business operation and scale directly. The implementation of the rural responsibility system combined the land uniform management and scattered management, promoted the development of rural economy. However, with the development of the market economic system and the deepening constantly of rural reform, especially the fast development of the second and the third industries in the developed area, the management mode of small-scale land has hampered productivity's progress. In the area of southern Jiangsu, the rural economy development put forward the new demand for the disposition of the factor of material, developing the farmland moderate scale management has become a new subject that is worth probing into about the countryside.The paper introduced the theoretical foundation existing in farmland moderate scale management in domestic production and development first, then analyzed the pros and cons factors of economic and humane condition in southern Jiangsu, propose the implementing method based on above. Finally, the paper analysis the operation of moderate scale management in Wujin Changzhou in Jiangsu Province as a typical case.The method that this literary grace uses theoretical research and real example analyzed are combined together, qualitative analysis combines with quantitative analysis, proposed implementing the way to confirm the quantity of farmland that suitable for moderate management in a certain scale in the area of southern Jiangsu.
