Analysis On Moderate Scale Management Of Farmland In Northeast China

With the completion of the farmland rights reform,the trial reform of the three rural agricultural land reforms,and the amendment of the Agricultural Land Management Law in 2018,the acceleration of agricultural land circulation will open the golden era of domestic planting.However,the fragmentation of agricultural land in China is still very prominent.Northeast China,as an important region for agricultural development in China,is rich in farmland resources and has the advantage of large-scale development of agriculture.How to determine the most according to the actual conditions of the region's resources and economic conditions? With a moderate scale of operation,it is necessary to integrate existing agricultural land,realize large-scale management of agricultural land,and then drive the development of local agricultural economy.It is necessary to conduct theoretical and empirical analysis of this issue.This article mainly analyzes from five parts.The first part introduces the related theories of moderate scale management of agricultural land.Based on the analysis and study of related theories,the relevant theories will be modified appropriately in light of the actual conditions of farmland scale management.Apply it to the actual situation.The second part analyzes in detail the feasibility and necessity of the implementation of moderate scale operation of agricultural land in Northeast China according to the actual situation in Northeast China.The feasibility study for Northeast China is mainly from the suitable natural resources in the Northeast and convenient transportation conditions.The four aspects of low chemical fertilizer application and socio-economic growth potential are described.To carry out moderate scale operation of agricultural land in Northeast China can integrate existing agricultural land to improve the efficiency of agricultural land use,promote the development of rural areas in Northeast China,reduce the cost of agricultural products and increase international competitiveness.The third part analyzes the current situation of moderate scale operation of farmland in Northeast China from three aspects: the sown area and yield of crops,the total power of agricultural machinery,and the current status of agricultural operations.In the fourth part,according to the CD production function and the agricultural production and operation cost function,through the method of theoretical analysis,the calculation formula of “degree” for the promotion of moderate scale operation of agricultural land in Northeast China was calculated and analyzed by using STATA 14.0 through empirical analysis methods.The impact of various factors on agricultural production and management,and then demonstrated the necessity of large-scale operations,according to the empirical analysis results,the data into the theoretical analysis of the per capita farmland management area,calculate the size of the agricultural land in the Northeast The per capita arable land area applicable to the operation is 41 mu,and the problems existing in the large-scale operation of agricultural land in the northeastern region are found under the conditions of occurrence.On the basis of empirical analysis,the fifth section aims at the basic status quo and existing problems in the northeast region and finds out corresponding countermeasures.
