Research On The Efficiency Of Moderate Scale Management Of Agricultural Land

Agricultural development has been the key of the development of a nation,is related to the economy and people's life.With the continuous advancement of China's socialist new rural construction,agriculture is developing to be professional and mechanization,so in order to realize the agricultural modernization,moderate scale management of farmland has become one of the key to solve "three rural problems".This paper aims to prove that moderate scale management of farmland is an effective way to improve the efficiency of farmland production,and finds out the scale of moderate scale management of farmland when the efficiency reaches the highest.On the one hand,it demonstrates the consensus of scale economy once again.On the other hand,we should think ahead of time and should not regard large scale as the guideline of all situations.We should develop appropriate scale of agricultural land management according to the suitability of land.According to the domestic and foreign research literatures of the moderate scale management of farmland,this article bases on the theory of scale economy,the theory of profit maximization and agricultural management of the relationship between scale and efficiency,illustrates the necessity,basic conditions and influence factors of the moderate scale management of farmland,analyses the present situation and problems of the efficiency of agricultural land moderate scale operation.Regarding Sanjiang plain and the Han river plain as sample areas,this article establish econometric model to calculate the maximum efficiency of farmland moderate scale of management by means of questionnaires to obtain basic data.Finally,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward according to the problems found in the moderate scale operation of agricultural land in China by qualitative and quantitative research.Firstly,we should insist the institution of “Separation of division”,promoting the circulation of farmland.Secondly,we will improve the social service system,protect the legitimate rights and interests of farmers.Three is to cultivate the main business,transfer rural surplus labor force.Lastly,we should strengthen technology supply and raise the level of agricultural mechanization.The conclusion of this paper is that the moderate scale operation of agriculture should be adapted to local conditions,and the existing contradictions and problemsshould be solved so as to improve the productivity of agricultural land.On the research object,this article choose two representative areas and have certain innovation.The research method based on questionnaire also makes the sample data incomplete.Some conclusions are not extensive,but the sample areas have certain representativeness,which can provide reference for future research.In this filed,our study can be from different areas,different economic crops in the future,also can explore the characteristic agriculture,green agriculture under the maximum efficiency of farmland moderate scale,on the basis of agricultural production scale,the development of professional management,production of the modernization of the agricultural mechanization.
