In the condition of market competition enterprises face more complex hazards. On the other hand the steps of national enterprises competitive are faster and faster. On the epoch of globalization of economy the development of enterprises based on the enhance of their competition. The Socialism Market Economy System and modern enterprises system foreign enterprises have been established in China, with increasing investment of foreigner enterprises, accelerate the joint of national and foreign enterprises, and expedite the competition. As national enterprises in 21^st, they must study the competitive ability of themselves, bring into play the their advantages, constitute the stratagems which suit for enterprises' long time and continuable development, only in this, can win in drastic national and foreign competition.First of all, this dissertation expatiate the principle and evaluation system of competition, Based on the internal and exotic environment analysis of Ying Guang JuYin Co. the totle environment of the company ,the requirment status of JuYin product, the evaluation of the competitive strength of each enterprise within this industry are researched.and then, takes"Ying Guang JuYin Co., Ltd" (YGJY) as a case to be researched. Based on further investigation and studying, using five competitiveness model and Fuzzy Synthetic evaluation model, analyses the main factors that restrict to the competitiveness of YGJY, and provides some valuable suggestions to improve competitive status. Furthermore, it discusses the possible way to enhance to competitiveness of YGJY industry.
