Study On The Operation Innovation Of Jinan Commercial Bank

At current finance great change period, especially at the field of commercial bank, financial innovation is going on more and more. By the end of the interim for our joining in the WTO, competition in home financial market is getting more drastic. Under this circumstance, it is an important project for the development of Jinan Commercial Bank (JCB) as a city commercial bank to process operation innovation.This paper provides some ideas and advices for JCB operation innovation according to the current circumstance and the advance native and external experiences.The paper is the introduction including the background and structure of the paper, then introduce the financial innovation on the theory, and talking about the development course of our city commercial bank and the general situation of JCB. At last, analysis the current status in operation innovation of JCB. We provide a project for JCB operation innovation in the forth chapter and summarize it in the fiflh chapter. As a whole, the of direction of operation innovation is the penetration between the traditional bank operation and non-bank operation and between the operation in and out bank balance sheet, including the four aspect, such as operation innovation in little and modest enterprise, operation innovation in personal financial business, operation innovation in the cooperation in three domain and in e-bank. By the operation innovation, it will reduce the financing cost, extend the business field and switch the running mode to satisfy the investor and consumer in time, space, quantity and cost. Changing the running mode from just depending on the interest income of a mount of fund deposit and loan to the depending on the commission of providing the finance service at the same time, it makes its running mode to be more dexterity and get power for persistent development.This paper is intent to study the operation innovation of JCB and to provide some references for JCB and professional persons.
