Because logistics is more obvious in the economic, people are more value logistics than reverse logistics. With the market compete turning worse, the cycle life of product shortening increasingly, natural resources of gradual dried up, people's environmental protection realize strengthening, relevant environmental protection lawmaking strengthen in all countries etc, the enterprise have to start value the reverse logistics.In order to recovering the worth of product or reasonable reused, reverse logistic is the process which the enterprise set down a good plan to implement and control, and can make original material, the product in the mill, the end product, the packing material, wastes etc. and related informations flow valid from the customer of the supply chain downstream.Because some reasons, the holder of products which can come into being reverse logistics isn't consistent with it's producer, the enterprise must depend on a efficient reverse logistics channel to resolve the question, so it is an important aspact to choose a right channel model and management method for a enterprise implementing the reverse logistics.The theme of this paper is to research on channel and management method of enterprise reverse logistics.
