The Measure Research Of Enterprise Strategy Flexibility

Under the current complex dynamic environment, enterprises' management face turbulent change. It does not only cause the enterprise strategy fail and more and more difficulty continues to sustain competitive superiority, but also set the new request to the strategic management. In order to face unceasing change the environment's challenge, enterprises must raise and develop the strategy flexibility to adapt the environment, and it will win the more lasting competitive superiority in the future.First from the dynamic strategic transformation theory, the environment uncertainty theory and strategic flexibility theory, the article make the summary, and point out the former insufficiency and the article's direction; Second, from the environment uncertainty theory and strategic flexibility essence analysis, the paper attempt to renew and elaborate the origin of strategic flexibility, the connotation and the level system analysis of strategic flexibility; Third, from the overseas research and investigation ,the innovative and core part of this article, propose the strategy flexibility measure system from the R&D ability, the financial control, the production operation, the marketing, the business management and the strategic decision six stratifications' analysis. It will use the mathematic methods of the relevant analysis, the factor analytic method and the AHP and so on, to consummate and modify the measure system; Finally, it will propose strategic flexibility measure model based on the fuzzy synthesis judgment method. Through one enterprise's case, it carry on the practical application of the model, then discuss how to construct and enhance the enterprise's strategic flexibility and so on, and propose the direction of the future research.Generally speaking, the theoretical analysis part and the real research application of this article not only have the theory significance, but also have practical value.
