Study On Distributed Multi-Agent Simulation Model For Supply Chain Coordination

With the rapid development of global manufacture and economics, competition in the enterprises has changed into in supply chain gradually. It is necessary for enterprises in supply chain to consider the resource coordination of the internal and entire, which include information sharing and operation cooperation in the whole supply chain. Therefore, according to the actual enterprises' situation in our country, simulation modeling methods for supply chain coordination become an important topic in the research field of management science.On the basis of discussing the current situation about supply chain coordination and simulation modeling methods, this paper presents a distributed multi-agent simulation modeling method to establish the simulation model for supply chain coordination and mainly studies the production coordination in supply chain. Firstly, it introduces theories and modeling methods about supply chain coordination, especially some simulation modeling methods, and confirms the technique and content of this research, i.e. studies a supply chain coordination model based on the distributed multi-agent simulation method. Then, regarding certain pump enterprise as the core enterprise in supply chain, it analyzes and designs this model to investigate the production coordination in detail, and implements parts of the model.This paper analyzes the theories about supply chain coordination and simulation modeling methods, selects distributed multi-agent simulation modeling method to study the supply chain coordination deeply, and includes three parts as follows.The first part is theory analysis. It introduces current situations of coordination concepts and simulation modeling methods, proposes that coordination is the key and distributed multi-agent simulation modeling method is a good way to study supply chain coordination.The second part involves model analysis and model design. It uses distributed multi-agent simulation method to construct a supply chain coordination model, chooses pump enterprise as the application case of this model, and emphasizes the simulation module of coordination center Agent and manufacture Agent.The third part is model implementation. It puts the simulation model into the practice, implements some function modules and proves the validity of this model.
