Science of human resource management is a very fresh discipline in discipline-system of management science, but it develops with the quickest speed because of its practicability and potential. The endless practical requirements of human beings society and the unceasing development of scientific knowledge are the motivity of science of human resource management. It possesses a very significant station in the whole discipline-system of management science, so discussing the rise and development posture of this discipline, it is helpful to correctly distinguishing its missing parts, weakness parts and finding the growth points and growth poles of its new disciplines, as to provide some scientific principles for actualizing proper optimizing ways and countermeasures.This paper starts with the conception of science of human resource management, then make a retrospection on the rise and the revolution history of it. As to its origination and development on overseas, the author divides it from the angle of discipline development to four phases: germinating phase, gustatory phase, shaping phase and mature phase; the revolution history of science of human resource management in China can be witnessed by a series of proseminars and a lot of compositions. Secondly, this paper discusses the contents and the structure of this discipline. For the sake of the future of science of human resource management, and promoting the establishment and development of some related branch disciplines as well as some marginal branch disciplines, the author primarily divides its already wrought and waiting for establishing branch disciplines and marginal branch disciplines into three groups, forms them into a stratified discipline system. After that, this paper discusses that some kinds of the society requirements are the strong evolution motivity of science of human resource management, and analyses the literature distributions of this discipline. Finally, on the basis of foregoing discussion, the author generalizes five kinds of evolution trends, they are Localization, elaborateness, association, metabolism and mining. In the end, the author introduces some already germinated and some under established branch disciplines.
