Study On The Fuel Management Strategy Of Yuan Bao Shan Power Electric Factory

In this paper, we analyze the fuel cost management strategy of Yuan Bao Shan Electric Power Factory in detail. Chapter 1 introduces the basic conditions and situation of this factory, and points out the necessity and exigency of the fuel cost management and its important position in fuel cost management, and presents the reviews and development tendency of the cost management in China. In chapter 2,we introduce the management system, the main resources and their costs of this factory. Meanwhile, the equipments, organization and the specific request and physical characteristics are described. All of these lay the foundation for the evaluation of cost management and pattern of distribution coal. In chapter 3,we analyze the operational cost of Yuan Bao Shan Electric Power Factory. Due to the coal price is mainly determined by the supporting coal factory, and is less affected by the electric power factory, so in this paper, we make a little analysis about this part, but pay more attention to the effect of coal ingredients and thermal value on the cost, the effect of the resource on the cost, the inventory management on the cost and the effect of fuel coal on the running efficiency and safety, based on the analysis above, we evaluate the constitution of the cost. In chapters 4 and 5, we present the cost management model its security strategy of this factory, where the optimization model of cost management is established, the objectives of purchasing the coal is analyzed, amounts of coal in each strategies are determined, and the corresponding cost and their structure is determined by which the plan of purchasing, the purchasing strategy and security measure, the management of acceptance and inventory are given.The analysis results are provided according to the concrete data of Yuan Bao Shan Electric Power Factory, Some of them are applied to the practice of this factory and achieved better effect.
