Electrical system is developing toward High-Voltage, Big Capacity Sets and Intellectual network. The continuous and stable operation of electrical system is so important that it asks its employees own a high ability level. With the policy of entirely establishment of a relatively comfortable standard of living, electrical corporation has to keep the village-grid going well and maintain, manage and serve it well. Thus, village-electricians are playing an important role and become an essential part of electrical system. However, village-electricians are come from village and their degree is correspondingly low, so it is bad to realize the new rural electrical strategies.Based on the training related theories and combining the traits of electrical corporations'employees, this research established a new training mechanism for village-electricians. At the same time, with the help of case study of x province, it can make the training mechanism more reasonable and systematic.The main conclusions as below:At the first, the training activities are planed, continuous and systematic process, so the mechanism must have a close relation with the other HR systems to strengthen the training result and reach the targets. In the training activities, the processes include the analysis of training demands, training plans, training solutions, process controlling, evaluation and motivation.At the second, the village-electricians are low educational degree and work in the first-line, and their work is rich of skills and experiences. What's more, they are the platform facing the rural consumers. Thus, valuing the training to village-electrician is important way to improve their comprehensive ability and leave good impression to consumers.At the Third, with the help of based on Kirkpatrick's model and AHP and evaluation system, this research developed a new training evaluation mode applicable to electrical corporation.At the forth, high valuing the feedback of training evaluation is advised. On one hand, the evaluation can improve the result of training and make the training more effective and targetable. On the other hand, the evaluation is one critical way to motivate the training attendees.
