Market economy is based on credit as well as law system, with the development and improvement of the market economy of China, people begin to realize the important strategetic meaning of it to the live and develop for the company, corporate credit is a signal mechanism, can reduce the cost customers search goods in market, cut down the contract cost with suppliers and attract more outstanding employees. Actually, enterprises have already entered into the stage for competing of credit after the price competition, the quality competition and the service competition. In order to strengthen the competitiveness of Chinese enterprise, we must emphasize the theoretical research of corporate credit.This paper makes academic definitions of corporate credit and customer loyalty, expatiates the deficiency in building corporate credit mechanism and scale standard of customer loyalty degree, construct the influence mechanism of corporate credit on customer loyalty at the basis of literature research. In the way of determining the nature and combining together with ration, analyze the influence of corporate credit on customer value, customer satisfaction, customer trust and switching cost, construct the relation model and mathematics model of corporate credit on customer. Educe the conclusion that corporate credit has indirect influence on customer loyalty as well as direct influence.This paper breaks through the ancient research finitude of determining the nature to the corporate credit, and put forward the mathematics model, confirm the important influence of corporate credit on customer value, customer satisfaction, customer trust and switching cost, and affect customer loyalty, enlighten the corporate credit building as the fundamental theory, afford a royal road for breeding customer loyalty. Drive the market economy of our country to be healthy, orderly development.
