We are confronted with a series of difficulties and challenges in the adoption of market principles. One of these is how to make a perfect business credit mechanism and developed business credit mechanism is a necessary sector of market economy. This thesis makes a brief introduction of business credit use, analyses the motivation of its use, compares it with bank credit and states its relationship with macro planning strategies on the researches having been made by the other people. Meanwhile we choose 100 listed companies to make a judgment of the present condition of business credit use in our country by the application of financial analysis, correlation analysis, and hypothesis testing. Relationship between business credit and company scale, business credit and company efficiency, as well as balance and standardization of business credit are analyzed and explained and a series of conclusions have been made. On this basis we put forward a lot of reasonable recommendations of strengthening business credit mechanism foundation from these two aspects: social credit system building and social credit management supporting system, we hope that these can make some help to the marketing reform in our country.
