With the globalization of economy,competition between enterprises has become more and more wide and market has changed at a high speed.In the face of this severe challenge,enterprises must maintain the ability of continuous learning and keep track of the advanced technology and management ideas that are changing with each passing day.Only with that can enterprises be invincible in the market competition.Training is an essential management activity for enterprises.Effective training can not only promote the realization of organizational goals,but also improve the professional competence of employees and expand their development space,thus forming a close community of interests.Therefore,in the coexistence of opportunities and challenges,enterprises have to set up an effective training system to boost the sustained development,which has become a key issue to solve for the enterprises.Logistics itself is a professional industry.For having a foothold in the highly competitive market,the quality of service and service efficiency must be improved.Therefore,It is significant for enterprises to strengthen the training of logistics personnel,which not only enhances their strength,but also improves their customers' satisfaction,making them win the advantages in the cruel competitive market.On the basis of the current condition of human resources in Jiangxi Jingjiu Logistics Co.,Ltd.,this paper analyzes the training demand and training organization and implementation,training assessment and other aspects to establish a training system suitable for the development of the company.It is of great significant for the company to mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff,to change the condition of existing human resources,to enhance the logistics company's competitive advantages and make it sustainable development,and also hope the other railway logistics enterprises to use it for reference when they set out to train their staff.Beginning with the current condition of staff training in Jiangxi Jingjiu Logistics Co.,Ltd.,conducting a field investigation of Jiangxi Jingjiu Logistics Co.,Ltd.,interviews,questionnaires,data access and statistical methods,combining with the present condition,the results of interviews and questionnaire about staff training,in accordance with the research findings of the experts and the theories about the staff training,discovering the problems consisting in the staff training and analyzing the causes of the problems,and then designs the training system which is suitable for Jiangxi Jingjiu Logistics Co.,Ltd.The paper is divided into five parts.Chapter One,Introduction.The main contents are the purpose and significance of the paper,the research status at home and abroad,the research contents,methods and technical routes;Chapter 2,basic concepts and related theories;Chapter 3,the current condition of staff training in Jiangxi Jingjiu Logistics Co.,and the cause analysis;Chapter Four,the staff training system design of Jiangxi Jingjiu Logistics Co.,Ltd.;Chapter Five,the conclusion.Summarize the paper,point out the shortcomings of the paper and look forward to further consideration of the relevant issues.
