Research On The Staff Training And Development System Of Hengshui Train Dept

The modern enterprise is facing the challenge of more and more keen competition in global market under the situation of economy globalization development. To develop and survive in the competition the enterprise must put the priority on the training and improvement of the staff in the process of the enterprise development and construction. The research of strategic status of staff training, analysis of the problem lying in the training, the innovation and execution of training policy is not only the need for enterprise survival but also the necessary requirement of the long-term development.In the long run, working force consisting of personnel with comprehensive knowledge, composed of reasonable diploma structure and age group structure are highly needed, besides, training our in–service working force is the question that also deserves our immediate attention. At present, our training is facing the low reward compared with the long period of time devoted to training. So, in this essay, the author developed her opinion on how to improve the existing system with the aim of building up a more efficient training and development system in the end.In this essay, the author introduced theories on training and development and with reference to the theories he analyzed the situation of the existent training system and based on his analysis, he came up with a new idea as to how to build up a more efficient system and how to ensure its smooth working. This paper takes Hengshui Train Dept as the object of the research. It first analyzes in detail the differences between domestic and foreign enterprises on staff training and development, and then points out the disparity as well as the detailed reasons, and it also proposes methods to enhance the efficiency of staff training for domestic enterprises.According to Hengshui Train Dept's actual situation, this paper also analyzes systematically the current situation of Hengshui Train Dept's staff troop and some problems existing in its talent cultivation work, and finally it proposes consummates the staff to train the system the mentality, designs the plan of Hengshui Train Dept's staff training and development system.
