Strategic Research On Soft-environmental Construction Of Yanbian Economic Development

The Grand West Development Strategy and The Strategy for Boosting The Northeastern Old Industrial Bases from the central government are laid down in the 21 century, which is at a new historical point of enacting an orientation towards an overall comparatively well-off society and towards expediting socialist modernization by our Chinese government. It is a chance in a million for a major leap at the regional economy for Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture. Needless to say, it is a critical whether we can seize the opportunity.The result of implementing opening policy shows that a good developing environment is needed for an economic development. A fairly remote region like Yanbian, which is backward in economy and weak in capital-self-accumulation and in independent development, needs more reinforcement in soft-environmental construction for a better, beneficial conditions to Yanbian's economic development.There are many problems need solving to build up a soft-environment in economic development. One of the problems is to shift a governmental functionality to its essential perfection in roles of economic adjustment, supervising market, social, administering and public service, finishing the transformation of administrative role of a government to one aiming for offering assistances. Meanwhile, with guidance of Deng Xiaoping's theory and " Three Representation" (New CCP Conception), we need to reinforce building-up civil servants teams, inculcate civil servants with service role awareness and upgrade civil servants' capabilities.Four chapters and an epilogue constitute the whole study. Prelude-first chapter mainly with focuses on the study in aspects of purposes and meanings, direction, special meaning and research methods; Second chapter with elaboration on definition of soft-environment and the opportunity and challenges we are facing here in Yanbian in this regard.Chapter Three with analysis on the status quo and the existing problems of soft-environmental construction of the Yanbian Economic Development; Chapter Four mainly on political suggestions for soft-environmental construction in Yanbian's Regional Economic Development. Conclusion, mainly on the functionalities of the soft-environmental construction in bringing forth a major leap in Yanbian Economic Development.
