Real estate of our country has been the consumer Hot point of inter demand and new increasing point of our economy for quick development of twenty years However, the competition of real estate market has been sharper and sharper, it has been from competition of quality and price to competition of brand Brand competition has been the important way of the firms increasing marker occupy rate and profit rate At the same time, the marketing way of real estate firms have transformed brand marketing from price marketing, person marketing, advertisement marketing, and so on, In fact, only brand marketing can increase firms intangible value and capital return rate, and obtain advantages from connecting with capital market The dissertation has discussed the connotation of brand marketing on the foundation of brand conception, while discussed the characteristic of real estate brand marketing and the important significance which firms carry out the brand marketing Then according present conditions of real estate industry in our country , including market, industry and firms; the writer concludes that although there are many real estate firms, they are less than overseas firms in scale and actual strength, especially in some respects such as creating brand, carrying out brand marketing strategy For this reasons the problems of real estate firms have to do when they confront the competition are how to create their owner brand and carry out the brand marketing strategy According present marketing conditions of real estate firms in our country, the dissertation has put forward the strategy how to implement brand marketing strategy, how to keep brand and promote brand, then the dissertation expounds the errors which appears easily during carrying out the brand marketing strategy Finally, the dissertation expounds the real estate firm how to use the complement the brand strategy by one example-TianHong group company how to create owner brand, carry out the brand marketing strategy and become more and more strength in the market competition...
