Studies On The Grant Of Urban Land System

Grant of land is the important section of urban land system, and it is crucial to the development of urban economy. The paper concentrates on the grant of urban land system, using characteristics, category, property right and rent theory of urban land; recalling historic development of grant of urban land rent system; displaying difference of Chinese and foreign system. It points out that there are several problems existing in the grant of Chinese urban land system and we should learn from Hongkong and foreign countries. At last, concentrating on empirical research of Wuhan city, concerning the relationship between the grant of urban land system and competition of urban economy, internal city space structure, median and low income citizens' housing situation, the paper discusses the influence of grant of urban land system on urban economy, and offers two constructive suggestions for how to perfect the grant of land system.
