Recently with the vigorous development of domestic construct engineering and the diversification of engineering machinery market, the engineering machinery in our country appears a blowout-like development, which comes forth quantities of rapidly-growing domestic engineering mechanical facilities renting enterprises and large foreign renting companies accelerate the pace of entering into china market. China's engineering mechanical facilities renting market has great potentials for development. But most of engineering mechanical facilities renting companies at present are mini-type enterprises which have a big disparity in the level of equipments, managements and service comparing with the foreign enterprises, and due to lack of corresponding trade rules and market laws, companies in china generally have a stronger products concepts, which emphasizes products rather than services. Therefore it is worthy to study how to promote the core competition abilities of renting companies through using the foreign renting companies' advanced manage experiences for reference, questing rational renting service model considering the concrete situations of domestic renting companies, and promoting the level of service.The paper analyzes some problems occurred in our domestic engineering mechanical facilities renting enterprises recently and their present business model, puts forward new service business tactics, and gives some valuable advise to the supporting system of service business tactics.After analyzing the present situation of domestic and foreign engineering mechanical renting facilities, the author points out that the dimensions of the engineering mechanical facilities renting market will extend steadily with a quick pace in the following days; after analyzing the competition tendency of the domestic renting trade, including the characteristics analyzing of the main competitors in the trade, the potential competitor in the trade, the client and the providers, the author indicates that the engineering mechanical facilities renting trade should be standardized further; after analyzing the business situation of the domestic engineering mechanical facilities renting enterprises, the author put forward the main problems existing in the renting enterprises presently, which includes the homogeneity of the products, the backward in the business means and the overemphasize on tangible products rather than establishing a concept ofservice, which leads to low-loyalty of customers, and then the author illustrate the importance of service business in engineering mechanical facilities renting enterprises.The paper puts forward the concrete implement project of service business, which carries inner business tactics into execution, creates an excellent working environment, improves the craftsmanship of the staff, and harmonizes the relationship between different departments to make the staff satisfied, finally to make the customers satisfied. This project can realize the mutual reacts between staffs and customers, simplify the process, optimize the service, and promote the qualities of the service by strengthening the control tactics in service process, analyzing the service flow of the company, and understanding the customer's requirements. At the same time the national guild will bring the significant influence on the communication between different trades and the manufacture decision of facility providers. Standardizing second hand facility market can reduce operating risk of facility renting enterprises and maximize the profits of the company.The renting enterprises establish a service-orient culture, which makes the clients feel happy, prompt, and being respected, then promotes the clients' loyalty. At the same time this culture treats the staff as customers, respects, inspirits and inhibits them, inspires their enthusiasm and creativity at most, shapes the good whole image for the enterprise. Building an enterprise information platform can shorten the transaction time effectively, reduce transaction fees, promote transaction efficiency, which can play the cost down, and promote the competition of the enterprises.
