Research On The Problems And Countermeasures In Low-rent Housing Construction Of Guangzhou

The Low-rent housing is provided by government to the Low-income families who with the homing problem.It is the core of government implementation of social security functions in the housing sector.With the increasing demand of Low-rent housing,government has been continuously strengthened Low-rent housing construction.However,the overall development of Low-rent housing system in China is immature,the management system is relatively imperfect and the Low-rent housing policies in the implementation have the negligence.Because of above-mentioned factors,many problem have been arisen in the Low-rent housing construction, such as apace policy failure,lack of construction funds,missing of facilities and management services.The protection of the effect of Low-rent housing isn't materialized.As one of the most developed cities,Low-rent housing construction of Guangzhou has the same problem.Base on the Literature,the thesis system analyzed Guangzhou Low-rent housing construction current situation,and pointing out three problems:Financial Issues,space policy and mechanism for management and services.With the method of survey,the thesis has the empirical investigation to the Low-rent housing community residents of Guangzhou,and learning from the successful experience of the United States and Hong Kong.In light of Guangzhou's specific social and economic development,the study suggests way to solve the Corresponding problem.The measures are on source of funding,space policy for management and services mechanism,and laws and regulations.
