The Research Of Trade Protection Of China In The Frame Of WTO

China has been a member of WTO for about four years, in the open system of WTO, the economy benefit and industry safety are easy to be injured, and the agreements of WTO contain some measures that are available for the members to protect themselves, then it derive the core of this thesis—to research how to enact trade protection under the frame of WTO, this thesis both have much theoretical and practical sense.The thesis first analyze the trade protection mechanism of WTO and its impact on developing countries, it's the logical base of this article; then I reviewed the related trade protection theory and the practice of developed countries in trade protection, those both can be referred by China when taking trade protections, it's the reference base. The next part I illustrate some base problem of trade protection of China such as the necessity of trade protection and the benefit, the objective, the principle etc. then comes the detailed part of the article, i.e. the measures that can be used for trade protection: technical barrier of trade; anti-dumping, counter-subsidy and safeguard measures; proper measures of subsidy. This part are also the key part of the article, it are also tightly related with practice of trade protection. In the base of illustration of specific measures, then article turn to debate how to choose the industry to protect and how to protect, I also take agriculture industry as an example.
