China's High Income Phenomenon Analysis In Transformation Period

Since the reform and opening-up, China's economic growth has increased fast and continuously. At the same time, the personal income gap is expanding constantly. The uneven question of the income becomes the focus that the theory circle and public opinion pay close attention to. Especially in the course of economic development, how to think about the noticeable high-income phenomenon not only have deep theory meanings but also have urgent realistic meanings. This article carries on theory analysis to the composition and reason of high-income phenomenon, probing into correct attitude and policy recommendations of treating the high-income phenomenon.The article is divided into six chapters and the structure is arranged as follows,Chapter I (Introduction): With Chinese economic development and the constant improvement of people's living standards, the income gap is greater and greater. The phenomenon of the high income has caused people's general concern and very great dispute. Drawing the definition of the concept of the income and high income and discussing these two questions is order to prevent the concept from being unclear in research.Chapter II: Describe the production and development of China's high-income phenomenon since reform and opening-up. Through Analyzing briefly to China's high income composition and the appearance and development of the high-income phenomenon, point out that with the development of China economics and social reform, the high-income composition is different and changeable. The overall trend is that there are more and more legal high incomes and the improper high-income phenomenon will be fewer and fewer.Chapter III: Carry on theory analysis to the reason of production and development of Chinese high- income phenomenon. Under the great background of economic transition, we think the main factor causing the high income to produce and develop as follows, setting-up of the socialist market economy system, economic high growth, ownership composition and distribution policy's constant adjustment , imperfect China social system and policy in transformation period ,etc. As a result, the production and development of the high-income phenomenon is the inevitable results of China's economic development and social development.Chapters IV: Analyze the social effect of the phenomenon of the high income. Think that there are its positive effects, there is a passive effect too.Chapters V (Conclusion): Summarize and study.
