In recent years, the central and local government increase to support "agriculture, rural areas and farmers", a series of policies and regulations to safeguard farmers’ income.Linqing of Shandong province is a large agricultural county, farmers accounted for the vast majority of the population, If farmers’ income can be sustained, stable and fast increase, it will be good for the comprehensive construction well-off society goal and the key to modernization.This paper takes farmers’ income source of Linqing, Shandong Province as the research object, which aims to survey the farmer’ income and source, to explore the main problems and the restriction factors, to improve the income of the farmers and put forward targeted countermeasures.This paper uses the methods of literature, interviews, field observation and questionnaire survey to study the target.From three aspects-time series analysis, sources and major towns of the survey data, we found that from 2000 to 2013, net income of rural residents in Linqing City increased from 2050 yuan to 9946 yuan, an average annual growth rate of 12.9%, higher than the national growth rate of the average level in 2013.Although farmers’ overall income increased at this stage, there are still some problems,wage income stability is not high, the family business income growth is slow,the contribution to net income growth rate of the property income and transfer income is not high. Restriction factors includes four aspects.First, agricultural products marketing channel is not smooth, restricting the family business income;Second, migrant workers are lack of occupation skill, restricting the wage income;Third, land transfer process is slow, restricting property income;Forth, support and preferential agricultural policies are not perfect, restricting the transfer income. In view of the above factors, First, to broaden the sales channels of agricultural products, increase the income from household business;Second, to strengthen the skills training of migrant workers, to increase the wage income;Third, promote the circulation of rural land, to increase the income of the property;Forth, optimize policies of supporting agriculture and benefiting farmers, to increase the transfer of income.
