Risk Management Research Of Merger And Acquisition

Merger and acquisition are the important approach, which enterprises grow and expand by. And they are the capital operating activities with high risk. It is the critical for enterprises to enhance merger and acquisition's risk management. This can help company to improve merger's efficiency and reduce merger's risk.This dissertation chooses the topic of research of enterprise merger risk management, and applies existing theoretics, integrates standard analysis method and positive analysis method. It analysed three aspects following systematically and thoroughly: first, merger and acquisition's signification, category and behavior; second, the general analysis about the risk management system of merger and acquisition; third, particular analysis about the risk management running mechanism of merger and acquisition.Based on the theoretical analysis, the dissertation set up the theoretics frame of risk management of merger and acquisition. Considering the Chinese actuality of merger and acquisition, the dissertation gave the tactics and suggestion of risk identification, test and handing of merger and acquisition.
