| Based on the correlative theories about economics and management, adopting normative method, the author firstly constructed a conception of undertaking human capital interrelated to the two conceptions presented by Becker, Gary S. & Schultz, T. W. ; secondly, produced a series of hypothesis about the economical and social environment where human capital operated,being forms and characters of human capitaK equipollent modalities to human capital & the inner institution of the enterprise as a basal variable. At last , a modal of mechanism about the investment of human capital was developed from the searching after to three investors, three conceptions of human capitaK three styles of pricing . |
