In today’s economic and social land, capital, labor and personnel of these factor of production, personnel in the enterprise plays a more and more important role. Playing the other factors of production are irreplaceable role. More and more companies pay more attention to the development and utilization of human capital. However, due to the human capital of their psychological, physiological complexity and the uncertainty of environment, creates the human capital investment of uncertainty and long-term sex, making human capital investment risk.To date, the domestic and foreign academic circles and practice circles on the risk of human capital have launched many research and explorationm and achieved certain results. The results of these studies have greatly enriched the risk of human capital theory and the practice, and in the guidance of enterprise human resources management activities, encourage enterprises to improve the level of human resources management plays an important role in. However, current research is focused on qualitative analysis from the angle of enterprise human resource risk connotation, formation mechanism, hazards and risk management measures, lacks from mensurable angle spread out about the enterprise human resources risk evaluation research. At present our country manpower capital market is still in a very mature stage, and the serious brain drain.This paper is the analysis of the domestic and foreign research background, Combined with China’s actual conditions, analyzing the situation and characteristics of the enterprise human capital. The human capital theory, institutional economics, property right economics and modern enterprise theories together, through the implementation of manpower capital property right and the functional structure of the analytical model. A comprehensive study of the human capital investment risk origin. In the light of these risks, the enterprise should adopt the following several aspects of the work of prevention. First in recruitment to serious job analysis, in-depth understanding of the content and features; Second is to do a good job of personnel evaluation work. An accurate grasp of applicants and employees all aspects, as far as possible to the match, the human resources optimum allocation; also should from the angle of management. Employee occupation career planning, staff services and enterprise culture construction. Enterprises in the investment in human capital, not blind because of much-needed talent and, investment in human capital should be good strategic planning and preparation, analysis and continuous investment. So as to avoid risks a higher rate of return on investment. In conclusion, along with our country economic reform further, and China add WTO face enormous challenges, China’s enterprises are facing increasingly fierce competition.To long-term occupation of the market, maintain long-term development. We must attach importance to human capital investment risk and prevention.
