The research on energy management information system for iron-steel enterprise has very important significance to optimally distribute and reasonably make use of energy, to aidedly make a decision, to save energy and decrease wastage. On the basis of referring to a lot of native and foreign literatures and investigating the spot field, this paper that aimed at the conditions such as the unadvanced energy management means, the slow delivery and long processing period of energy information and the low level of the intelligence of the information system developed the energy management system for Xiangtan Iron-Steel Ltd. independently according to the need of the practical produce and to economy and utility. The main work of this paper is as follows:(1) The produce craft and process of The Iron-Steel Ltd. were fully investigated and researched by adopting the method of system analysis and the energy equilibrium formula of the enterprise was deducted according to the energy equilibrium principle. Considering the influence of material flows on energy consumption at the same time, the equilibrium equation of the material flows was built up by using the e0 - p0 analysis method and the concept of " the standard energy flows diagram".(2) According to the nerve network principle, the model of the energy forecast was built up by using BP algorithm. This model can availably forecast the energy consumption data of the coming several days by using the numerical calculation software MATLAB to process historic energy consumption data.(3) According to primary energy optimization model of Iron-Steel Ltd. and the actual circumstance of produce system in Xiangtan Iron-Steel Ltd., building up the energy optimization model which can analyze the quality of various energy consumption and output and material yield of each unit and can give the reasonable production project under the condition that the enterprise net energy consumption is minimum.(4) The energy management information system of Xiangtan Iron-Steel Ltd. was developed by the technique of mixed programming with the oriented-object and visualized programming language Visual Basic and MATLAB. This information system has the strong function of data management and decision aided, which was constituted by the energy management database sub-system, the energy consumption forecast sub-system and energy optimization sub-system. |
