In recent years, the economic development of our country’s energy is more and more obvious. Vigorously promote energy management contract in energy-saving work of high energy consumption of iron and steel enterprises, encourage the use of contract energy management has become the focus of attention. But the existing incentive mechanism incentive practice in contract energy management in iron and steel enterprises is not satisfactory. The main purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of iron and steel enterprise energy management contract incentive factors and mechanism of iron and steel enterprises, expect the practice of energy management contract incentive mechanism to provide some practical help.Firstly, the literature review and summary, learning theory, this study provides a theoretical basis. Analysis of consumption status and energy saving potential of the iron and steel enterprise energy research, contract energy management in iron and steel enterprises with the necessary. Research on the theory and analysis of the iron and steel enterprise based on the key influence factors, don’t make a contract energy management incentive mechanism of the iron and steel enterprises, the key factors affecting the system is divided into two dimensions:transaction of factors and the relationship between the factors, the transaction factors include output measurability, uncertainty and private investment; related factors including the enterprise reputation, the institutional environment and the degree of trust. Dimension measurement and extract the information sharing and service performance such as energy-saving energy management contract incentive mechanism of the iron and steel enterprises, construct the influencing factors model. The study collected data needed by the form of questionnaire survey, data analysis and structure equation model hypothesis testing using SPSS and LISREL software.This paper studies the uncertainty, output measurability, private investment, institutional environment and corporate reputation factors can affect the iron and steel enterprise energy management contract incentive mechanism of the conclusion, according to the results put forward management advice.
