| The expressway is a well equipped and high technological content traffic carrier. It's rapid, safe and comfortable characteristic is shown day by day on improving economic and social benefit. Along with the rapid development of the expressway, how to manage and maintain it becomes a problem more and more concerned by the related department. The development of the maintenance management of Hunan province is exploring and developing constantly. It is a subject worthy to discuss that how to find a suitable way to maintain the expressway in Hunan province.This paper studies the maintenance management of expressway in Hunan Province from Hunan Expressway Maintenance Company angles. On the base of reviewing the developing history of expressway maintenance management in China and using the advantage experience of other developed countries for reference, analyze the deficiency of expressway maintenance management in Hunan province. According to the function of the company in the province, we start our management research. The research in composed of devising the maintenance plan of the province, formulating the organization, distributing the human resource reasonable, distributing the machine scientifically and using PDCA circle for controlling.The last paragraph proposes the implement tactics of the management research which has been discussed according to the current situation of Hunan and the development of the company. The company should cooperate with the each expressway commission, build up professional maintaining stand and strengthen the management and development of the human resources. Meanwhile, it should control the cost of the company according to promote the service level, improve maintaining technical management and pursue the lowest cost of the maintenance. Finally, the paper proposes to build up preventative maintenance system and maintaining management system in the province on the basis of the developing direction and demand of the province maintenance management. |
