Research On Hebei Expressway Network Operation And Management

Based on analyzing the influence factors, development trends, contents and requirements ofthe expressway operation and management system, this paper analyzes the expressway operationand management system's demands and development conditions combined with the presentcondition and existing problems of expressway operation and management in Hebei province.Then, on the basis of the theories of scale economy, casing business and integrated system, thispaper puts forward some countermeasures. Also, this paper raises some measures to upgrade theexpressway operation and management system of Hebei province at the aspects of managementsystem, optimum mechanism, service and development, maintenance, charging and information.At last, this paper introduces the evaluation indexes and methods of expressway operation andmanagement system.
