The scale of Chinese steel Industry has been occupied the first position of the world as well as the output of steel tube. But the production of big size of seamless steel tube still has difference with the advanced countries which produce steel. The marketing of Chinese steel tube has been experienced a hard period of time, with the increase of sales amount of Chinese steel tube, each enterprise should summarize and improve the affairs of marketing.This thesis described simply of the production and consumption of seamless steel tube in the markets both in abroad and domestic and collected relative literatures on marketing and marketing channel of abroad and domestic markets at the same time, and through review and research the change of marketing channel of Chinese steel tube, we got the subject of research. This paper discuss this subject by marker analysis, competition and market positioning, distribution and service, evaluate and selection of marketing channel, conformity of commercial business platform and marketing channel.This paper combine the actual situation, analysis the market space and market positioning of Hengyang Seamless steel tube, anatomy the original mode of management of its, combine relative research of relative scholars of abroad and domestic, discuss the factors which effect the selection of marketing channel of big size steel tube of Heng Steel, to establish the decision-making method of selection of big size steel tube and got the research result by demonstration.By research, this thesis in order to design mode for the marketing channel selection of big size steel tube of Heng Steel and this thesis with the sense of available reference for the selection of marketing channel of steel tube industry.
