Taking the time change of labor market segmentation as the main line, relating the two stages of farmer workers flowing and employing to characteristic institutional background in current China, I believe, only with institutional obstacles that stand in way of farmer workers migration demolished, flowing of farmer workers properly guided, optimizing of resources realized, market-oriented innovation of state-owned business enterprises strongly propelled, could the many problems of farmer workers flowing and employing be solved , and integration of labor market be truly realized.
