Study On Employment Problem In Xinjiang From View Of Labor Market Segmentation

Along with Xinjiang's economic reform and more labor supply,structural contradiction inemployment is more and more serious,even the quality of workforce cannot adapt there quirements of economic development and technology progress.Therefore, enlarging employment is not only related to the economic development of Xinjiang, but also related to social stability of Xinjiang.The labor market division situations in Xinjiang are serious in hindering the free flowing of labors in different labor markets,thus creates theive non-voluntary unemployment and the voluntary unemployment. Focusing on employment problem in Xinjiang region and analysing the current state and cause of labor market segmentation,also the impact on employment of the labor segmentation. In conclusion,we propose the way of solving the problem of unemployment of Xinjiang.The labor market segmentation have lead to tremendous negative influence on the employment,if the government don't pay enough emphasis.Government should establish the labor market which is unified,competes completely,and enables the labor force flow among different labor markets freely,and finally achieves the goal of depending on the market itself to solve the problem of employment andunemployment.
