With the recovery of the world economy and the rapid development of the China economy,in China the real estate industry is in the spring of reform and development flourish,and construction industry is more and more attention.More and more attention has been paid to the construction industry.It has become an urgent problem for our company how to formulate and implement the marketing strategy suitable for ourselves.Based on the analysis of the background of the concrete industry and the trend of its development,this paper makes a systematic and comprehensive analysis of the problems existing in the marketing strategy management of the company.On the basis of this,it applies the scientific analysis method and comprehensive safeguard measures to apply the advanced marketing management theory.This paper designs the marketing strategy for Nuclear Concrete Jiangsu Co.,Ltd.,and the strategy of expanding the industrial chain investment into commodity mortar industry.In order to ensure the successful implementation of the marketing strategy,this paper also formulates corresponding safeguards to support.The innovation of this paper lied in the use of a variety of scientific analytical methods and effective scientific tools to carry out research on the subject of the study,providing sufficient evidence for this research.Then it used the author himself to be inside the enterprise and engaged in the essential work of marketing,setting in the in-depth analysis of the problem.The marketing strategy of this paper,analyzed the marketing concept of scientific marketing management,product combination strategy,price strategy and so on.
