This thesis come from D Group's management consulting project that author was one of its consultancies. This thesis is an actual record of the project. As a management consulting project, the purpose is to find the existent problem in the firm and think out the resolvent that it could settle the problem and make progress in management performance. In the process, the company investigation and the scientific research are essential. In detail, the paper describe outline of the project. The project includes three important phases: investigation part, research and designing part, implementing part. The three parts are combined to the total paper with the other three chapters: background introduction, environment describing and conclusion. The keys content in the paper are derived by the company diagnosis by itself and the project's first ground research, including the designs of organizing and marketing. The paper also analyzes the strategies of the firm because the management designing are under the company strategies frame. The design is according as the fact and aim at upgrading management efficiency with steady steps. The whole thesis bring forward the organize adjusting program, channels management program, salesman's salary program after researching company by using a lot of analyse instruments. As a private and minor enterprise, D Group has unsubstantial management and brilliant characteristic that is differ from other corporations. According view this, the author take more attention to the relative beneficial people of the firm and private firm'figure in the process.
