As the economic globalization is developing quickly,the minor enterprises are more and more significant in export track,whose export amount is bigger and bigger.They play an important role in improving national economy.This paper takes Ning Bo BR Co.Ltd as a research subject,which is a minor private enterprise.BR Co.produces and sells refrigeration machineries and components.Although it has expanded oversea market to South and North America,Eastern Europe and Middle East,it also resists enormous pressure to improve or survive.In fierce international competition,BR Co.is like other minor private enterprises and its shortages are constantly emerging.One of its difficulties is that traditional export causes development capability too low to develop.The international economy is transferring.In order to shake off the difficulties,it must improve the profitability,open up new market and optimize managing strategy.As one of BRICs,Indian economy is promoted by political revolution and grows quickly.With large population,India has huge potential market and absorbs global capital.At the same time,the construction of infrastructure is like a raging fire to development rapidly and thus promotes the refrigerating market in India.Considering long term development BR Co.muse open up and enter India market.This paper focuses on the difficulties which BR Co.is facing now,using marketing management strategy,analyses Indian refrigeration finds BR Co.'s advantage,shortage,opportunity and risk to open up Indian markets.After marketing segmentation,targeting and position,this paper chooses Indian commercial market to produce mid-range refrigerating machineries and components,and formulates market management strategy and risk safeguard measures.This paper provides theory evidences for BR Co.to enter Indian market;it also can be used by other minor enterprises for reference to speedup the development or to open up a new market.
