As Ford, the prior CEO of Ford Corporation said, No innovation, No existence. It shows the importance of innovation for a large corporation's existence and development. But it's the same important as well as for minor enterprise. Especially in the present background of economic globalization and competition globalization, each process of start-up, development and growth, to having the certain scale, needs continuous technology and management innovation, and then the enterprise could go with steady steps.Compared to other countries' minor enterprises ours stand out in job opportunity creation, fueling economic growth and promoting regional economic growth. However the gap of technology innovation quantity, quality, efficiency and life cycle and so on among our minor enterprises and foreign countries' is large. So it's necessary to discuss our minor enterprises' innovation problem.Whereas our minor enterprise is a aggregative concept, its component elements have strong heterogeneity, technology span is large, and industries involved are widely distributed. At the same time innovation as a kind of technology and economic activity, is understood related to economic, management and technology viewpoint. So the research of our minor enterprises' innovation follows the steps. Firstly reviewing corporation theory, corporation management theory and corporation innovation theory. Secondly under guide of the theories, combined with the present situation of our minor enterprise, to analyze the existing problem, especially the shortcomings in innovation. Lastly according to some concrete questions several countermeasures have been provided.Grounded on the above-mentioned background, the article includes five parts, as the following in detail.Chapter One Introduction The chapter describes research background, study goal and its value, including related civil and oversea research trends, research area and method, and in the end points out the innovation of the article.Chapter Two The Basic Theory of Minor Enterprises Innovation. This part roundly reviews corporation concept, corporation theory, corporation management theory and corporation innovation theory, and try to find the trail of economic system evolution, then provides some theory thought and practical instructions for all kinds of corporations which are standing on different development stages and have different evolution degree.Chapter Three The Present Situation and Main Problems Exist in China MinorEnterprises. In this Chapter firstly describe connotation and general regulations of China minor enterprises. And then the general present situation of minor enterprises is introduced. Secondly based on it the features of China minor enterprises are outlined. Lastly to further analyze the main problems exist in China minor enterprises.Chapter Four The Choice of China Minor Enterprise Innovation Patterns. In this part I firstly analyze the problem in confronted with China minor enterprise's innovation;and then four patterns are provided according to the existing problem and real restriction condition. Lastly I point out that two shifts are needed in minor enterprise management pattern, one from patent centralized type of family management to institutional management, and the other from institutional management to humanistic management.Chapter Five Main Statute and Policy about Government Support on China Minor Enterprise's Innovation.
