| Salary control system is the core of the management and development of human resource , it is the important means for an enterprise to attract and retain talents . Salary control system is influenced by company's development strategy and the stage company stands and economic environment, it's dynamic and changeable. More and more transnational corporations come to China for development. They put strong impact upon the local human resource and its management of enterprises. Many enterprises of our country have reformed the payroll system one after another in order to attract and retain talents by drawing on the successful experience of foreign enterprises, However, how to design salary and reward system to meet enterprise needs, strengthen organization spirit ,and raise the enterprise competitive ability and vigor is one of the important issues to have been perplexing enterprises. On the basis, having combined the development strategy requirements and actual conditions of HD company, keeping in line with raising the management level of company's human resource, arouse the enthusiasm of the company's employees better, following the basic design requirement of salary management system, a systematic payroll system is designed for Changsha HD company. The position analysis and evaluation, salary inquiry and salary strategy, salary structure and performance assessment system have completely been stated. Eventually the salary and reward system of Changsha HD company has been re-adjusted in the course of application. |
