The concept of performance management is coming into being accompanying with the development of human resource management theory, but the modern human resource management is developed from the traditional human resource management. For many years, the performance management system is absorbed and improved, the gap at home and abroad is narrowed, however the performance management system of many enterprises have a lot of faults. With the rapid growth of global economy, human resource management is becoming more important, the senior officials have realized that the performance assessment is the key factor in human resource management, and it is one of a difficulties in human resource management system. Therefore, this paper choose it with my topic, which hope to establish new performance assessment method to improve the capability of middle-level management.This paper combines the theory with our practice, and integrating theory analysis with case studies, lingking with performance management practice of LK company. The approach is made to settle this problem and improve the mechanism of performance management, and find ways of the solution with the performance of middle level managers. Therefore, this paper has the practical significance. Firstly, the article puts forward the relevant performance management of the basic theory and the concept of performance management is brouth out, then the present situation of LK Company is analysed, and the solution is found, and taking KPI as the guidance, Finally, the evaluation system is made.This research has the practical significance. Although the differences of performance assenment of middle level management is existed, the method is very liked with different situation.
