Accompanying the rapid development of economy,science and technology,the competition between enterprise's is displaying more and more for the human resources competition.Only then strengthened the enterprise's human resources management,can promote the staff achievements continually enhancement,then comprehensively heightens the enterprise's achievement,and enhances the enterprise's competitive power.The achievements management is the key constituent of human resources management system,and the performance appraisal is also the key link in the achievement management,which is playing the very important role on the aspect of enhancing enterprise's competitive power and promoting enterprise's development.This article takes the Yingkou Jinyuan Fire-fighting Equipment Limited company as an object,and conducts the design research to its achievement inspection system.At first,this article elaborates the studied background,the significance and the goal,and introduces the research tendency in home and board,the content and the mentality of the research.Then, analyzes the correlation theories of performance appraisal,pointing out the implication,the significance,the function,the content and other related methods of achievement inspection. And then carries a comprehensively and systematic analysis on the present performance appraisal situation in Yingkou Jinyuan fire-fighting equipment Limited company, promulgating this company's the basic question in performance appraisal,which is takes merely the performance appraisal as the tool to assign the benefit.Which has said above,has caused the entire achievement appraisal to lack the achievement feedback,the achievements improvement and so on important flow and the key link.Additionally,the result of achievement appraisal could not obtain a reasonable and full application;all these make the entire achievement appraisal an inadequate system.Afterward,unifying the company's actual situation,and using the correlation theories,carries a new location of the performance appraisal system and redesign it,which is composed by the inspection preparation,the inspection implementation,the inspection feedback,the achievements improvement and the inspection using and so on,and so has filled some blanks of the achievements inspection's key link in this company.Finally,the corresponding safeguard measure which was needed when.implement this system has been clearly requested.
