As the development of economy in the 21st century will mostly rely on knowledge, people, as the creator and carrier of knowledge will replace other capitals to become important strategic resources. Among this trend, human resource management (HRM) is getting more and more important and has become the core content in the management of enterprise. Human resource also became a special but important resource. The core of HRM is inspiration. So how to build an efficient compensation system which suits for the developing requirements of the enterprise and can be accepted by the staff according to the actual status became a demanding task to be studied and resolved, it is also the key for the growth and development of the enterprise.The author started with the function and meaning of the compensation system in the HRM of the enterprise, introduced the related theories of compensation inspiration, and analyzed both the advantaged and disadvantages for rebuilding the compensation system of the PE company on the basement of all-sided anatomy of the problems of the current compensation system existing in this company. Building on this and according to the general requirements of the company for improving the company's HRM level, the core competitive power and the comprehensive assessment of the enterprise, and keeping to the basic requirements of the compensation system design, the thesis also redesigned the company's compensation system, combining the development strategy and actual status of the company. It focused on the description of position analysis and estimation, compensation strategy, compensation construction and performance evaluation, brought in the compound compensation strategy and designed the new 10-degree salary system. Finally, it did some analysis for the related conditions, difficulties and solutions of the implementation of the new compensation system, and also proposed the approach of the implementation.The design of compensation system is dynamic and changeful, there are only systems suit for the enterprise, and no perfect ones. Along with the speeding of globalization process, Chinese enterprises are becoming more and more involved in the world economy stream, in addition with the trend of labor lack from high end to low end, so most enterprises are keen for the reform of the compensation system. Therefore, studying and grasping the compensation managing theory and designing method, using the successful enterprises'experience for reference, and building the suited compensation system for our country's situation and the actual status of the enterprise have very important meaning for the reality.
