Establishment Of Technique Regulations For Standardization Production System For Groundnuts Aiming To Export In Rushan

Based on the holistic survey of the problems existing in peanut production, and export peanut production in particular in Rushan City in the period of 2004 to 2005, the paper systematically researches such factors as species, sowing time, density, harvest time, fertilization, plant protection, growth regulators and etc. which affect the growth, output and quality of peanut; verifies the practical efficiency by application of the production technical norms in export peanut production of the above-mentioned reserched results. The studies have ascertained: Under the natural and soil conditions of Rushan City, the suitable variesties of export peanuts includes: 8130, Luhua 10 and Huayun 17, the sowing time is around MaylO, the planting density 9000-10,000 cluster/667m2 and the actual harvest of 17,000 -18,000 strains can be guaranteed, the ideal harvest time is around Setember 10. For the soil of or above medium fertility, besides organic fertilizer, N 6-8kg P₂O₅ 10-12kg. K₂O 10-15kg are to be applied per 667m², Nongle No.1 is to be applied once or twice to prevent leaf stigma, and daminocide 20g is to be applied per 667 m² to curb unnecessary growth of stem so to coordinate the growth above and under ground of the peanut. The standardized norm of export peanut production can ensure robust growth of peanut without any vainful growth, increase blossom, fruit bearing rate, fruit size so to increase yield by 11% to 14%, plump shell, two-kernel shell and plump two-kernel shell remarkably increased and summer shell reduced. The yield rate of export kernel can be increased by 8.2% and 9.5% respectively. The content of protein and glucose will be increased and fat content be lowered and the content of oleic acid raised, thus the storing durability of peanut and its products will be improved and the quality remarkably bettered. The content and total aflatoxinB₁ will be lowered and no daminocide can be found. Thus the peanut growing efficiency can be raised and export and foreign exchange be expanded.The practical norms of production of innocuity peanut worked out will be stipulated and implemented as a local standard. It will certainly play a significant role in the production of innocuity peanut, promotion of the overall development of peanut process and export, increase ef output and quality, improvement of peanut growing efficiency and betterment of the income of peanut farmers.
