System Reform Model Study In Jiaonan Seed Company

Chinese seed industry will enter market phase overally along with actualization of The PRC.Seed Law, and the seed companies of county face the larger innovation. If the seed companies of county want to develop well and become stronger, administration system must be changed, and managers should pay more attention to seed market. The author researched on management system of national and abroad seed companies, and also investigated management system of Qingdao seed company and other counties seed company. Make the Jiaonan seed company as example, using SWOT method and aquantitive and qualititive analysis, the author analyzed the complexion of Jiaonan seed company, and the author also found the problems in Jiaonan seed company. According to innovation practise of other industry and other seed companies of county,finally,the author put forward follwing three innovation models of Jiaonan seed company.The first model is that the company is reconstructed by joint-stock, and made state asset optimization and recombination.The second model is that the company is reconstructed by joint-stock with the staff holding stock and handlers buying all the stock of seed company. In this way stae asset can drop out, or state asset representation institution hold the stock.The third model is that made copleted market system. Using public sale and the whole cession, the seed company is privated and become the private seed company.Compared with the second and the third model, stock cooperation system is the appropriate model for Jiaonan seed company. And it is a transitive economic form. The tendency of the model is joint stock system company.
