Research On The Effects Of Industry Informatization On Industrial Structure Optimization

Informatization is bringing a deep and complex effect to China, while pushing the society transferring from the industrial society to the information and knowledge society. During this process,industry informatization, which was considered as a kind of medium-level-view research, has been concerned by a great many scholars. By the optimize effect and contribution that the industry informatization has brought to our country's industrial structure, this thesis does some studies .The thesis contains three tasks: Firstly, it does some economic analyses to industry informatization; Secondly, it analyzes the theory and empirical evidence on the effects of the industry informatization to optimize industrial structure; Thirdly, it puts forward strategic choices and policy advices on the optimization of industrial structures promoted by industry informatization.Chapter 1 explains the concept of informatization and industrial structure, which provides a conceptual foundation for this thesis. Firstly, this chapter elaborates the concepts of industrial structure and optimization of industrial structure, then it discusses present conditions and existent problems of industrial structure in China. Secondly, this chapter elaborates the concepts of the information, information tecnology, informatization and different levels of informatization. From its developping progress, informatization can be divided into product informatization, enterprise informatization, industry informatization, economy informatization and society informatization. But their content are compatible, high level informatization is composed of low level informatization. Thirdly, this chapter defines the concepts of information industrialization, enterprise informatization and industry informatization ,then this chapter compare with them on this basis.Chapter 2 analyzes industry informatization from the economics view. Firstly, this chapter analyzes the driving and baffling factors to formation of industry informatization. Government, market competition, business management and technique innovation are four driving factors, whereas lack of the talented person, low efficiency of informatization circulate ,lag in national law and exorbitant cost baffle the formation and development of industry informatization. Secondly, this chapter puts forward three implement patterns of industry informatization, which are precurse-enterprises impulsing pattern, industial cluster impulsing pattern and government dominant impulsing pattern. Thirdly, based on the home and abroad system,this chapter puts forward the measuring model for industry informatization and a calculate method.This system comprises three mainly index signs(the development environment, the implement level and the relating level), 9 second level index signs, 22 third level index signs.Chapter 3 studies the function of industry informatization to optimize industrial structure.Firstly,this chapter discusses the path of optimization. Secondly, this chapter analyzes the function of industry informatization to three industrial sectors.This analysis is expressed in 2 ways.One way is static analysis, it improves agricultural efficiency sharply, promotes upgrade of the second industry, accelerates development speed of the third industry .The other is dynamic analysis, elevation of industry informatization accelerates industrial structure's upgrade and rationalization. Finally, this chapter analyzes how the growth of information industry arosed from industry informatization influences the industrial structure.The development of information industrialization brings the growth of information industry, in this process, because its influence to secondary and tertiary industries is bigger than to primary industry, the growth increases the quotient of secondary and tertiary industries in economy,which makes industrial structure reasonable than before.Chapter 4 studies the choices and policy advices of the industry informatization to optimize industrial structure. First of all, this chapter discusses present condition and existent problem of industry infonnatization. Then some strategic choices are put forward on this base. Considering present conditions in China, we should combine industial cluster impulsing pattern with government macroeconomic control. We should also make clear the relation of development of informatization and information industry. In the end, this thesis also gives some policy advices.
