Enterprise Integration In Process Of Regional Economic Integration

Along with fast regional economic integration in Yangtse River Delta, enterprise integration become more common and complex. This paper will try to find the relation between enterprise integration and regional economic integration, to make the regional economic study more microcosmic. We made a conclusion, from study the case of Yangtse River Delta: the cost of regional element circulation will decrease when the region become more integrated, and this make different area's comparative advantage more available; enterprise integration will change along with regional become more integrated. The first part is a foreword about this paper. The second part reviewed the research about regional integration and regional economic integration in Yangtse River Delta. The third part analyzed the spatial strategy and expanding trend of enterprises, then analyzed different enterprise department's preferred location of business. The forth part analyzed the regional integration effect on enterprise integration, checkout our country as a case. The fifth part analyzed different characters of the enterprise integration in three phases of regional economic integration in Yangtse River Delta, and introduced three enterprise integration modes in recent year. The sixth part analyzed the diversity of investment environment is the most important reason of enterprise integration, then compared three area's investment environment. The last part of this paper summarized this paper's content, innovation and insufficiency.
