In recent years, the lack of business credibility is becoming more and more serious. On the one hand, many businesses evade and defraud taxes, default bank loans, violate contracts, on the other hand, they sell on credit in disorder, have no standard credit management. As the core of social credit system, business credit system plays a very important role in the development of market economy in our country. The thesis does research in the following aspects in the light of the thought of raising problems, analyzing problems and solving problems.Firstly, what is business credit? The thesis tries to sort out research theories concerning about business credit, and expound the concept, characteristics and effects of it.Secondly, why the lack of business credibility occurs? The thesis gives ideas from both macro and micro respects, and finally combines theories with practice by case analysis.
