At 24 months My K-Company practice of marketing, I have done many concrete planning, activities through joining K Company in order to contend for catching market and future .At the same time I have see that a good marketing should not merely have a good " idea " but also need the execution and control of the activity course.So, I will do some helpful discussions on that how to combine with marketing on the project management. I start with the basic thinking and theories of the project management and marketing, comb each system to build up and find the common characteristics of marketing activity and project management, and confirm the feasibility that the two can be combine. I have proposed on this basis that regarding market as the starting point will carry on the project management model, improved in marketing to enterprises, and theory afford to combine practice, refer to K Company to carry on relevant decision, thus examine this model. At the same time introduce various fields situation of K Company in detail, is it let reader understand conception of thesis and attempt of that solve to enterprise practical problem.This article altogether is divided following six parts: The first part is introduction about background and means and possibility .The second part introduced the K Corporation's status and history, and management. The third part mainly introduced that is how to choice and order the project management of marketing transform. The fourth part gradually advances to show what it is ready for the project management of marketing transform. The fifth partintroduced how to take action at this project management of marketing transform, and we should pay more attention to those items. The sixth part has get the application of pattern of marketing transforms project management, at the same time has made the objective evaluation to the present utilization difficulty of K Corporation's this pattern. In this part, the project has been evaluated. Also this pattern of project management that transform to the marketing has been made the co relational summary.
