And it can not only enrichthe theories but also help the enterprise to handle material decision-making problems.Author of this thesis applied demonstrational way to analyze the feasibility of project B of H Corporation. By applying knowledge on management of project, appraisal of project, strategy, marketing, operational research and so on, the author summarize a set of useful feasibility study framework for H Corporation to make decision at the beginning of project. The truth proves that it works.Through a series of study and argumentation, the author thinks that the most suitable operation pattern for H Real Estate Corp. is the branch system. At the same time, the two-phase of the feasibility study is also available. This thesis analyses from the present situation of decision-making of H Corp., using the theories and methods of managing system, with the aim of changing the present project organizing structure and decision-making flow. As a result, a special department is founded to run the feasibility study independently and it ends the old manner of decision-making which is always reasonless at most of the time. The old way of decision-making is changed. At this time we also form a feasibility study frame of the residential project, define the content and the method of the research, in order to make the feasibility study scientifically and maneuverable. The new decision-making flow makes the implementation of the study not only efficiently but also effectively. From the result of feasibility investigation and processing of project B, we can find out that the new framework works well though some minor problem existing, continuously improvement is needed in the future.Applying the project management to feasibility investigation and establishment of decision-support system is an innovation of this article. It' s a total new experiment for a realty enterprise to regard the feasibility investigation as a independent project. On the other hand, dividing the feasibility investigation into two phases is also an innovation of the author.
