As a leading Chinese herbal pharmaceutical enterprise in China, EW has been exporting traditional Chinese medicine products in international market since 2000. Although the increasing needs to traditional Chinese medicine products in the world market, export of EW products always has been kept about US 400,000 dollars in several years. There are lots of reasons caused the condition, such as the lack of international market, incorrect tactics in export marketing choice & product design, etc. To make the right export policy on EW TCM products has become one of the key steps to develop further.The paper adopts the relevant theories of the marketing and international trade. Now the marketing competition becomes more and more serious, more and more medical enterprises start to enter the international market. The article analyses the current supply and demand of TCM products at the overseas market, and the position of Chinese enterprises at the international market. On the basis of analysis, the paper finds out the existent shortage of current strategy of EW, and puts forward the marketing strategy, product strategy and other strategies to the EW traditional Chinese medicine product export.The research on export policy of TCM products will not only instruct EW how to overcome the hard times, but also play a very important role on the establishment of TCM products export base at Chengdu, furthermore, it mayaccelerate the development of TCM product export at Western China and promote the competition and internationalization of Chinese TCM manufacturers at the international market.
