Cooperation and sharing have become the trend of future human economic and social development.Enterprises are deeply embedded in complex feature network relationships.The community relationships become the heterogeneous resource of the enterprise,which have a profound impact on the R&D,production and sales of enterprises.In order to improve the performance in the international market,enterprises must maintain an open learning attitude and fully learn knowledge and technology from the learning network.Therefore,it is necessary to combine the newly developed network science and traditional heterogeneous enterprise theory,andreinterpretation the topology feature of the enterprise learning network and its impact on the performance of the enterprise's export.In view of this,this paper studies intensively the mechanism and empirical study of the influence of enterprise learning network on enterprise export performance,based on a thorough review of relevant literature.This paper follows the research idea of “problem concising-fact description-theoretical analysis-empirical test-policy suggestion”,and uses both model construction and empirical estimation method.We define the formal and informal enterprises learning network,constructed separately the collaborative innovation network and export related network,and analyse the evolution of networks pattern.Then we study the interactive game among enterprises in the process of collaborative innovation and export,and explain how collaborative innovation and export competition,although they are contradictory to each other,influence enterprise export performance.In addition,from the perspective of geographical agglomeration export related enterprises,we study the influence of export related network on the enterprises extension marginal and export DVAR,exploring how to improve enterprise export performance by playing the synergy effect of "1+1>2" among enterprises.By doing these,this paper tried to answer the following questions,as listed below.How to construct and analyze the cooperative innovation network and the export related network under the unified network science framework? What are the regional distribution,basic structure and evolution trend of China's collaborative innovation network and export related network? What is the position of R&D subjects such as enterprises,scientific research institutes and universities in China's scientific research system,and how do they play a role in the whole learning network? What is the mechanism of enterprise collaborative innovation network and export related network affecting enterprise export performance,and how to connect with the traditional international trade theory framework? How does the enterprise collaborative innovation network and export related networks affect the export performance of enterprises,and whether there is heterogeneity to different types of enterprises? What is the transmission channel that the enterprise learning network affects the performance of the enterprise's export?First of all,this paper define the formal and informal enterprises learning network,based on which we build formal learning networks of R&D subjects such as enterprises,scientific research institutes and universities of 1999-2007 years by the data from China patent database.We analyze the overall pattern and microstructure of the collaborative innovation network through the network indexes such as density,average cluster coefficient and node centrality.Moreover,the paper also learns from the product space theory and use the idea of agnosticism approach to build informal export related networks among enterprises based on the export products and destination data.Our studies indicate that the number of China's patent applications and collaborative innovation has increased year by year,and its growth rate has been accelerating.However,by the international financial crisis,the number of collaborative innovation declined slightly in 2007.The relationships of collaborative innovation among provinces and countries are becoming more and more closely related.The most intensive areas of collaborative innovation in China are Beijing Tianjin area,Yangtze River Delta region and Pearl River Delta region.Developed countries have obvious advantages in technology research and development,and have played a strong control in the whole collaborative innovation network,however the collaborative innovation network has gradually changed from "several alone" to "blooming all over the earth".We also find the cities with greater product relatedness and market proximity are mainly concentrated in the eastern coastal areas.The paper takes into account the heterogeneity of the enterprise and the number and price competition of the enterprises in the export market,and in theory,the internal mechanism of fomation of collaborative innovation relationships and its impact on the performance of enterprise export performance are expounded.We test the influence of the the position of the enterprise in the collaborative innovation network on the enterprises export and price markup.In addition,we test the differences between the impact of the two innovation models of "Research-enterprise" and "enterprise-enterprise" on enterprises export performance,and build a moderating effect model to analyze the difference in the impact of collaborative innovation on the price markup of export and non export enterprises.Our studies indicate that collaborative innovation firms have better export performance,both self-innovation and collaborative innovation have promoted the export performance of enterprises,and the firms in the core of collaborative innovation network have a larger market share.However,the "research-firm" model collaborative innovation has a better effect on the export performance than " firm-firm" model,and the impact of collaborative innovation on the export DVAR is not significant.Firm heterogeneity test found that the collaborative innovation has a better effect on the firms in connected component,the high productivity firms,and the non-foreign firms.Moreover,the more collaborative innovation the enterprise has,the higher price markup the enterprise has.Export can enhance the promotion effect of collaborative innovation and self-innovation on enterprises price markup.In comparison,collaborative innovation has a stronger promotion effect on price markup to enterprises in the central and western regions,non foreign enterprises and enterprises in lower competitive industries.Finally,the paper calculates the export expansion margin and DVAR of Chinese enterprises,and has a empirical analysis about the effect of product relatedness and market proximity on the export expansion margin and DVAR.In addition,we explored the group differences in the impact of product relatedness and market proximity on the export of enterprises,study the influence of the two effects,“learning from oneself” and “learning from neighbours” on the export expansion margin of the enterprise,and test transmission channel.Our studies indicate enterprises have a certain path dependence in the process of export diversification.The product relatedness and market proximity of new export relations with the locality can help to enhance the diversification of export performance,but product relatedness and market proximity of new export relations with the enterprise its own performance as a substitute effect.The promoting effect of product relatedness and market proximity on the export diversification has group differences,depending on type of export diversification,technology intensity of product,region of the enterprises' locality and trade mode.Moreover,the impact of product relatedness on the domestic added value of the export depends on the type of trade of the enterprise.Product relatedness has a significant role in promoting the DVAR of general trading enterprises,but has an inhibitory effect on the DVAR of processing and mixed trade enterprises.The market proximity plays a significant role in promoting the export of different types of enterprises.There are differences in the impact of product relatedness and market proximity on the domestic added value of enterprises in different regions,technical level and productivity level.
